The Challenge

During periods of high demand, the healthcare provider needed to transition rapid-triage patients to virtual care. They lacked a cohesive platform, relying on fragmented tools (Zoom, email, phone) which violated compliance and frustrated patients.

Product Strategy

Build an end-to-end virtual care platform that unifies scheduling, video, and clinical notes into one secure application.

We designed a dedicated telehealth application from the ground up. It features an integrated waiting room experience, secure WebRTC-based video rooms, and a doctor's interface that allows simultaneous video viewing and clinical charting. The system automatically handles post-visit billing and digital prescription routing.

Operations surfaces below are illustrative UI concepts for the workflow — not live client dashboards or audited KPIs. Healthcare compliance and clinical safety require formal assessment beyond this representative study.
