These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DIGITAL ELLIPTICAL (PRIVATE) LIMITED ('Digital Elliptical', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), governing your access to and use of digitalelliptical.com and related engineering tools.
By accessing the website or utilizing our interactive planning utilities, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.
Information published on this website — including service overviews, sprint estimators, tech stack suggestions, and complexity scorecards — is provided for illustrative planning and architectural guidance.
Website content does not constitute a binding unilateral contract or fixed price guarantee. Formal commercial obligations, project timelines, deliverables, and financial terms are established exclusively through a mutually executed written Service Agreement and Statement of Work (SOW).
Website IP: All original website text, visual assets, interactive tools, frameworks, and branding are the exclusive property of DIGITAL ELLIPTICAL (PRIVATE) LIMITED.
Client Deliverable IP: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a customized SOW, all custom source code, application architectures, database schemas, and design assets developed under a client contract transfer 100% to the client upon full payment of milestone fees.
You agree not to engage in unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering of web utilities, denial-of-service attempts, or malicious automated queries against our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to restrict access to interactive tools or services in the event of abusive traffic patterns or security violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Elliptical shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website access or reliance on planning estimators.
Liability under formal client development contracts is governed strictly by the liability limitations defined in the executed master services agreement.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. In the event of any dispute arising from website usage, the parties shall first seek resolution through good-faith technical and management discussions before escalating to competent courts in Pakistan.
